a schedule IA controlled substance; and providing for an effective

Senator Coghill, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute offered on                                                                
page 700. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection.                                                                
There being no further objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE                                                                    
BILL NO. 24(JUD) "An Act classifying U-47700 as a schedule IA                                                                   
controlled substance; classifying tramadol and related substances as                                                            
schedule IVA controlled substances; and providing for an effective

considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
